Refund policy

  1. 1. Refunds are possible at the request of the member, but the member must bear all expenses for payment and refund in all cases.
  2. 2. The criteria for calculating the refund amount shall apply to the duration of the course or the number of lectures taken.
  3. 3. After payment, if it is before the course period, a full refund will be made.
  4. 4. If the duration of the course or the number of lectures is within 1/3, 60% of the payment amount shall be refunded.
  5. 5. If the duration of the course or the number of lectures is within two-thirds, 30% of the payment amount shall be refunded.
  6. 6. Refunds are not possible if the duration of the course or the number of lectures taken is 2/3 or more.

  8. 환불규정

    1. 1. 회원의 요구에 따라 환불이 가능하나, 모든 경우의 결제 및 환불에 소요되는 비용 일체를 회원이 부담해야 한다.
    2. 2. 환불 금액의 산정 기준은 수강 기간 또는 수강 강의수를 적용한다.
    3. 3. 결제 후 수강 기간 전이면 전액 환불한다.
    4. 4. 수강 기간 또는 수강 강의 수가 1/3이내일 경우에는 결제 금액의 60%를 환불한다.
    5. 5. 수강 기간 또는 수강 강의 수가 2/3이내일 경우에는 결제 금액의 30%를 환불한다.
    6. 6. 수강 기간 또는 수강 강의 수가 2/3이상일 경우에는 환불이 불가하다.
